The Parker's Suffolk Extended Family Session | Grace Elizabeth | Alternative Wedding and Lifestyle Photographer, Colchester, Essex
When the Parker's got in touch with me a little while ago about booking their extended family session, I was super excited, because the session was going to be a surprise! Elizabeth's mum was celebrating her birthday the day of the shoot, and the day after, her parents were celebrating their 40th wedding anniversary, so it was such a lovely gesture to book the session for those reasons! It made it even more special!
The family came to Shotley in Suffolk, having travelled across the UK to meet back up for the special occasion, and they hired out the super lovely Old Brickyard Cottages, which even had an old dutch barge down at the sea front, and was surrounded by foliage and wheat fields. The evening was just absolutely perfect, the sunlight was golden, and everyone was in high spirits! I love extended family sessions personally too, because I get to work with each dynamic within the family. In this case, it was the grandparents, Elizabeth, her husband and their two children, and her two brothers, and their partners - one of which had recently got married! It's so much fun working with four different sets of lovely people!
I am so thrilled to be able to share some of the photos with you all! I can't share any with the children, but just know that this was such a fabulous evening and so much fun was had!
I hope you'll enjoy! As always, if you're not fed up of me yet, you can join my newsletter, here, too!
